Fun Folds - Yay or Nay?
It's taken me a long time to come around on the fancy fold card templates. I struggle with things that feel "fussy." But... this fun fold card has won me over! The template is simple, the scoring has easy measurements and you can switch up the theme to make it any occasion of card.
Here's what you need to make this simply fun fold:
Start with a card base that is 8" x 5.5"
Score the card at 1", 2" and 5". Use a bone folder to fold the score lines in an accordion style
You'll need a second piece of cardstock that is 3.25" x 8.5". Fold that in half
Adhere the second pice to the base of the edge of both sides of the card so it pops up in a tent style
Embellish with designer series paper. I used a piece that is 2.75" x 5.25" on the main card base and 3" x 4" on the pop-up piece.
Finish the card with stamps and coordinating die-cuts
Watch the fun fold come together in this highlight reel.
It's such a great template! I hope you give it a try!
