A Little More Shine for Fall & Christmas: Meet the New Hot Foil Collection
There’s something about foil that feels especially at home this time of year. Pair that glow with autumn leaves, evergreen trees, wreaths, stars, and Christmas greetings, and suddenly my holiday crafting list has become considerably more interesting! The new Radiance Awaits additions to the Stampin’ Hot Foil Line are available beginning September 1, and there is plenty here for both fall, Christmas, and year-round projects.
What I especially like about this release is that it isn’t simply a collection of new designs. Stampin’ Up! has also added thoughtful tools to get more from your foiling supplies. The new Reverse Hot Foil Die gives the negative foil image left after foiling another chance to shine on a second project. That little scrap you might normally discard can become the beginning of an entirely different card.
We also have Smooth Foiling Specialty Paper, an ultra-smooth surface designed to help foil transfer cleanly, plus additional foil choices to play with. I’ll show you some of my favourite new products below, because between the rich autumn possibilities and all that Christmas sparkle, there’s quite a lot worth seeing.

The Reverse Hot Foil Die is super clever and a great way to keep foil from going to waste! This solid die lets you create two designs from one piece of foil: the main design and the negative image left on the foil. Simply apply the used foil following the usual foiling process for a shiny bonus design. The below image is an example of what main design vs. negative image projects could look like.
