The new Stampin' Up! Hot Foil products are here, and I have a feeling a few more things may be finding their way onto our crafting wish lists! The November 3 Dare to Dazzle release expands the Stampin' Hot Foil line with more inspiration for adding gorgeous metallic details to handmade cards.
What I enjoy about hot foiling is the flexibility. You can create a striking background that becomes the focus of your card, add metallic details to a favorite design, or combine foiling with the stamps, dies, and papers you already love.
If you've been collecting hot foil supplies since Stampin' Up! introduced the system, it's always fun to see new possibilities for using those tools.

Stampin' Up! has been steadily expanding its Hot Foil line, and Dare to Dazzle is the newest addition.
The collection becomes available to customers on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Let's take a look at what's new!
As you browse, think about the kinds of projects you make most often. Do you enjoy decorative backgrounds? Floral cards? Versatile designs you can use for several occasions?
Those are all useful things to keep in mind when deciding which products deserve a place in your craft room.
New To Hot Foiling? Get Creative with the Metallic Magic Craft Class
If you're new to hot foiling, there's a great opportunity to learn more about the technique while creating some beautiful projects!
When you purchase the Stampin' Hot Foil System & Craft Class (170009) by January 4, 2027, the Metallic Magic Craft Class is included.
This virtual class focuses on hot foiling techniques, creative projects, and practical tips to help you get more from your Hot Foil System.
Fresh Inspiration for Your Hot Foil Card Making
One of the things I appreciate about hot foiling is how easily it can complement other card making techniques.
You can pair a foiled background with a simple stamped greeting, add layered die cuts, or bring in some color with ink blending and decorative paper.
I also love the contrast between metallic foil and different cardstock colors. A design that feels soft and elegant on light cardstock can take on a completely different personality when paired with deeper, richer colors.
Don't forget that you can often build on the supplies you already own. Sometimes a new design is just the inspiration you need to pull out an older favorite and give it a fresh look.

You can explore the Dare to Dazzle collection in my Stampin' Up! Canada online store beginning November 3.
Whether you're adding to an existing collection or exploring hot foiling for the first time, have a look through the new products and see what inspires you.
I'm curious: when you're creating with foil, do you prefer a beautiful metallic background or just a little shimmer as an accent? I'd love to know!
